Integrate proven behavioral health services into your OB practice.

Using a collaborative care model, we equip your practice with psychiatric consultants, licensed therapists, and certified Perinatal Behavioral Health Coaches trained in perinatal mental health to provide virtual and in-person mental health care for your pregnant & postpartum patients.

Benefits to Your Practice

Implement a proven model

The collaborative care model (CoCM) is a proven, evidence-based approach with over 90 randomized control trials establishing its validity across multiple medical specialties, including in obstetrics.

Improve clinical outcomes & reduce health disparities

In the perinatal patient population, the collaborative care model decreases depressive symptoms by at least 50%, reduces health disparities, & improves access to care.

Capture untapped revenue

The collaborative care model was adopted by Medicare in 2017, and many state Medicaid & commercial payers have adopted the model nationwide. Studies show that the return-on-investment for clinical depression is $6.50 for every $1 invested in collaborative care.

“When patients are pregnant or caring for newborns, they can't afford to wait months for help. With FamilyWell, they get help within days and have ongoing support through one of the biggest transitions of their life.”
